During winter in my country, there is a big contrast or difference between the cold weather in the North and the warm weather in the South. This leads to another contrast: unlike the northern areas that get lots of snow in the winter, the South never has snow. Bodies of water in the North and South are also not the same when it’s cold. Southern lakes stay warm enough to swim in all winter, which is a contrast or something very different from the Northern lakes that are covered in ice!
