This weekend I went on a bike ride with my grandmother, who is one of the most active or energetic people I know. We biked from her house all the way across town to the park, where we watched an active and fast-moving group of dogs playing in the field. Next, she asked a group of people playing ball if we could join them, and we had an active game full of running, jumping, and throwing. After this active morning with so much movement, we biked back home—and it wasn’t even lunchtime yet!
