Whenever we spill something at my house, we use an old towel to quickly absorb or take in whatever needs to be cleaned up. Its soft cotton fabric absorbs or holds liquid easily. That old towel has been used to clean up milk, tea, and many other things—it’s now very colorful from absorbing all those drinks! We’ll have to find a new towel to absorb or soak up our spills soon . . . or learn to make fewer messes!
